Winter Hut Trips

During the winter season, we offer nightly hut stays with private rooms. Guests may book single or multi-hut trips and ski, snowshoe, or fat bike along our free multi-use trails.

  • Stratton Brook, Poplar Stream, and Flagstaff Lake Huts are open everyday from late December to mid-March. Stop in for a day visit or book an overnight trip.
  • Two types of trips: Full service with meals provided (Thursday – Sunday) and self service where you bring your own provisions (Monday – Wednesday).
  • Optional gear shuttle for full service days. Self service guests pack their gear in.
  • Over 20 miles of groomed multi-use trails, linking to miles of additional snowshoe and fat biking routes stewarded by our partners CRNEMBA, the Town of Carrabassett Valley, Sugarloaf, Bigelow Preserve, Appalachian Trail, and the Eastern Divide Trail.
